Clear expectations.
Better work.
These published commercial guidelines explain how we propose projects. A signed statement of work confirms deliverables, fees, timing, acceptance and responsibilities. These pages do not form a paid order or waive statutory consumer rights.
Demos and third-party brands
Ember Table, Stillwater, AURA Estates, FORM Objects and VELOCE are fictional demonstration brands. Booking, checkout, reviews and concern histories are browser-local simulations. No money moves and no business receives a demo request. Ferrari is an independent model showcase, not a dealership or manufacturer endorsement. Listed model authors retain their rights.
Quotes and payment milestones
Prices are starting fees in INR for defined scopes, not a promise to reproduce every demo feature at that price. Written quotes remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Standard proposal: 40% at kickoff, 40% after the agreed prototype milestone and 20% before launch/handover. Taxes, if legally applicable, are itemised. We do not claim a GST registration number on this site.
Revisions and changes
Each build includes two consolidated revision rounds within the approved scope. A new design direction after approval, extra pages, new models, changed floor plans or new integrations require a written change quote. We agree the change before starting it. Timelines begin when the agreed deposit, content, assets and access are ready.
Cancellation and refunds
On cancellation we account for completed work and pre-approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. We refund any unearned balance, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law. We do not apply a blanket non-refundable rule to all advance payments. Missed access or a location that is not ready may require a separately agreed revisit.
3D quality and asset production
A website fee covers agreed scene engineering and interactions. Model creation, CAD cleanup, photogrammetry, 360 capture, manual reconstruction, licensing and specialist scanning are separate unless explicitly included. Reference photos or a phone scan do not guarantee a perfect digital twin. Glass, mirrors, moving people, low light and repetitive surfaces can need manual repair. We approve a sample and target quality before full production.
Location access and capture
The client obtains written owner/manager permission and arranges safe access to agreed areas. We agree the capture list and timing beforehand. Remove personal documents, faces and sensitive objects or obtain appropriate releases. Capture equipment, travel, accommodation, assistants, specialist operators and recurring tour subscriptions require pre-approval. Drone work is excluded unless separately scoped with an appropriately authorised operator and current permissions.
Accuracy and performance
Marketing models are visualisations, not architectural surveys, engineering advice, as-built certification or valuation. Photos, catalogue items and independent showcase meshes may differ. Performance and visual detail depend on device, browser and connection. We agree target devices and test journeys, provide a non-3D route, and do not promise identical quality or frame rates on every device.
Ownership and licensed assets
After agreed payments, the client receives the original commissioned deliverables listed in the agreement. Pre-existing tools, licensed models, fonts, photography and libraries retain their own licenses. Editable source files and capture data must be specified in the handover scope. Client-provided content must be authorised. A Google image result does not grant reuse rights.
Live integrations and aftercare
Payments, email delivery, booking inventory, accounts, CMS, analytics and CRM require a defined provider, credentials and separate testing. We do not store card details. Included defect support covers reproducible deviations from the agreed scope for 30 days after launch. New features, model updates, rescans, ongoing hosting and third-party changes are outside that allowance unless covered by care.
Privacy and industry responsibilities
Real deployments need a data map, clear notices, appropriate consent or other lawful basis, retention rules and access controls. Indian DPDP requirements have phased commencement, so applicability must be checked at launch. Live commerce needs consumer disclosures and a grievance process. Actual property advertisements need applicable RERA/state checks. Restaurant, accommodation and vehicle operators approve their own licensing, safety, allergens, availability, advertising and transaction policies. We do not certify legal compliance through a design package.
Disputes and professional review
Contact contact@ibrahimshaik.com to raise a project concern. We first seek a documented resolution under the signed agreement. Applicable statutory rights remain intact. These are commercial guidelines and a launch checklist, not legal or tax advice. Obtain qualified review for the actual business and jurisdiction.
